Responsibilities:
- Understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions to build long-term relationships.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned target companies.
- Plan and execute effective sales calls to discover sales opportunities and address customer needs.
- Collaborate with sales operations to handle client documentation, contracts, and requests.
- Resolve conflicts and solve problems efficiently.
- Be proactive and results-driven, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders.
Required Experience:
- 5+ years in B2B sales, particularly in consultative solutions for life sciences, healthcare, or similar industries.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% for client and corporate meetings.
Preferred Experience:
- Knowledge or experience in Cell and Gene Therapy, Microbiome, or Oligonucleotides is a plus.
