Enterprise Account Executive

Responsibilities:

  • Understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions to build long-term relationships.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned target companies.
  • Plan and execute effective sales calls to discover sales opportunities and address customer needs.
  • Collaborate with sales operations to handle client documentation, contracts, and requests.
  • Resolve conflicts and solve problems efficiently.
  • Be proactive and results-driven, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders.

Required Experience:

  • 5+ years in B2B sales, particularly in consultative solutions for life sciences, healthcare, or similar industries.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% for client and corporate meetings.

Preferred Experience:

  • Knowledge or experience in Cell and Gene Therapy, Microbiome, or Oligonucleotides is a plus.
